Verse/Domino OIDC support

Domino 14.5 offers the capability to serve as an OIDC provider, enabling user authentication and identity verification for OIDC Relying Parties, including Domino HTTP 12.0.2 FP3 and subsequent versions, Nomad 1.0.15 and later, and Verse 3.2.4 and newer, as well as esteemed third-party applications.
