Observability overview

HCL Mosaic makes use of Open Telemetry (OTel) agents and collectors to implement a standards-based method for the instrumentation, collection and transmission of application telemetry data (logs, metrics & traces).

Telemetry data from each of your environments is collected and sanitized by dedicated OTel collectors, then streamed to an observability stack that can be used for viewing, troubleshooting, monitoring and alerting purposes.

Once your environments are provisioned, you will receive details for accessing the stacks in an onboarding kit communication.
