Getting started

Adoption of HCL Mosaic is managed using a structured and collaborative approach, in which HCL Software will guide you through a series of stages, for example:

• Assessment of any current digital experience solution
• Gathering of necessary information for deployment and configuration
• Provisioning of your HCL Mosaic environments
• Configuration of secure access
• Migration of sites, content, assets and applications from the existing solution to Mosaic
• Building of new sites, content, assets and applications
• Launch / go-live production cutover

As part of the onboarding process, you will receive an onboarding kit / communication providing all of the relevant details about your new Mosaic environments.
