HCL Software Okta identity provider

As mentioned already in Initial administrative access, HCL Mosaic is integrated with the HCL Software Okta identity provider by default, as it is already used to manage access to other HCL Software services, and avoids the need to create yet another account just for initial Mosaic administrator access.

Warning

The HCL Okta instance is not for managing your other end user accounts, but rather a way to provide easy access for a first administrator to be able to then manage the Mosaic identity provider integration with your own identity provider services.

Each Mosaic environment is mapped to a corresponding partnership in the HCL Software Okta service via which the designated administrative account is granted access to log into each Mosaic environment.
