HCL Deliver Integration

HCL Unica Deliver provides a reliable, scalable and seamlessly integrated multi-channel digital messaging solution for personalised communications. With the latest release of Discover visitor actions that trigger events can initiate email being sent vis the Deliver platform. Unica Deliver templates can be tied to specific events via their Template and Sender IDs for targeted messages.

Events can be very simply mapped (on the DMS in a config file new section) to the appropriate Deliver template and sender ID, ensuring when events occur based on customer visits they trigger sending of the correct personalised email.
