We designed this event specifically for digital, CX, and product leaders across industries. You’ll hear firsthand how your peers tackle experience blind spots, streamlining journeys, and using experience analytics to uncover insights traditional tools miss. Three featured customer speakers from insurance, travel and retail industries will join us to share real-world CX transformation strategies. HCLSoftware Discover Product, Engineering and the technical advisor team will join us to support your experience.

Day 2 Workshops with Product and Technical Advisors
Have a learning budget? Stay an extra day! Customers also have the option to join us on day 2, where we’ll go deeper with dedicated hands-on workshop sessions for clients exploring long-term roadmap alignment, solution design, and expanded analytics strategies. Bring your laptop and we'll get you into a freshly built demo environment to use new capabilities and gain new skills.

  • Product & Engineering Sri V., our head of Discover Engineering and Simon Warbey our Product Manager will be onsite with us and running both sessions on the roadmap as well as new capabilites, including hands-on workshops in a clean, new environment that you can use like a sandbox for exercises at the event
  • Technical Advisors will all be there as well with new topics and hands on workshops—exclusively in person
  • Experts from the HCLSoftware platform will highlight how the newly expanded capabilities in AI, automation, and experience solution building low code app buildiing, anyone?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the main focus of the event? This is an interactive, in-person event focused on hands-on learning, deep dives into our product roadmap, and direct access to our engineering and product leadership. It’s about knowledge sharing and community building.

Where is the event located? The event will be held at the TopGolf in Alpharetta day one, then day two at the Marriott Perimeter Center in Atlanta, GA.

What is the dress code? The dress code is business casual. Comfort is key, especially for the workshop sessions and our evening at TopGolf.

What should I bring with me? We highly recommend bringing a laptop and charger to get the most out of the hands-on workshops on Day 2. Otherwise, just bring your curiosity and questions!

Is the event really free? What does my registration include? Yes, registration is free. It includes access to all sessions, workshops, meals (lunch day one, breakfast and lunch day two), and our evening networking events, including dinner, drinks, and entertainment. Attendees are only responsible for their travel and accommodation.

How can I book my hotel room? We have a reserved room block at the Marriott Perimeter Center for a special rate of $139/night. Please email Chauncy Ford to secure the rate.

Will there be networking opportunities? Absolutely! Networking is a core component of the event. From dedicated networking time and collaborative workshops to our evening party and TopGolf outing, you'll have plenty of opportunities to connect with peers and our team.
