Session list ‘session time' field is different to that shown for the session details time. Why is there a time discrepancy?
Answer The session timestamp shown in the session list field is the latest timestamp of that session, not the session start timestamp. This value can be seen in the sessions request data of the last Hit in the session.
The 'duration' field shows 5:21, but the process completed in a shorter time. Why is the duration showing longer?
Answer The duration of a session is taken from the RequestTimeEx from the first Hit Request data vs the RequestTimeEx from the last Hit in the session. This is what is displayed in the session list.
Does it take the transaction end time or the time when you login?
Answer All times within the default session list template take the session times as described in question 1 and 2. For example, using the first timestamp of the session and the last timestamp. It does not consider what occurs within the session.
How is the duration in the duration field calculated?
Answer This has been answered above in 3, 2 and 1.
