Question: Is the product available in any other language apart from English?
Answer: Yes. HCL BigFix Service Management supports 16 languages. You can set your preferred language from My Profile, and the product — including survey emails — will be delivered in your chosen language.
Question: Is there a Dark Mode available?
Answer: Yes. A Dark Mode for users who prefer a low-light interface. You can switch it on from your My Profile settings.
Question: Can I use keyboard shortcuts in the product?
Answer: Yes. Keyboard shortcuts with platform-correct prefixes — Ctrl on Windows and Control on MacOS. You can find the full list of available shortcuts in My Profile.
