Getting Started

Access the Assistant

Log in to the HCL BigFix Service Management portal. Click on the "Chatbot" on the Consumer homepage.

Start a Conversation

In the chat window, type a request or question. For example:

  • “Show me a graph of incidents by assignment group.”
  • “How many high-priority incidents are open this week?”
  • “Assign all catalog issues to the Catalog Manager Group.”

View Responses and Visualizations

The assistant will reply with answers, charts, or action confirmations, such as:

  • A bar chart of incident counts per group
  • A pie chart of incidents by priority
  • Confirmation of assignment or escalation actions
