All changes made to business
objects within a
task are listed in the History pane as either
create, modify, or delete history records. You can view a list of
changes made to task by viewing the History tab.
Note: Task
history is inherited from the associated task group. Therefore, all
tasks under the same task group contain the same history.
Before you begin
Ensure that you are
logged in to the Workspace Management tool as one of the following
roles:
- Workspace manager
- Task group approver
- Content contributor
Procedure
- Open the Workspace Management tool.
- Find and open the
task
for which you want to view the history.
- Click
the History tab.
Every
saved change associated with the task is displayed
as
history record in the history table. The history table
includes the following details:
- Type
- The type
of object history. In this case, the type is task.
- Code
- The language independent task identifier.
This field is read-only.
- Store
- The
store the task history is associated with. For example, Supplier
Profile.
- Last task
- The name of
the last task performed in the task group.
- Last
action
- The last action performed in the task. For example,
Update.
- Last contributor
- The name
of the last contributor in the task.
- Last
modified time
- The date of the last modification made to the
task.
