Reactivating tasks

You can reactive tasks that are in the completed state. Once reactivated, tasks are changed from a completed state to active, and moved to the To Do list.

Before you begin

Ensure that you are logged in to the Workspace Management tool as one of the following roles:
  • Workspace manager
  • Task group approver

Procedure

  1. Open the Workspace Management tool.
  2. In the explorer filter, select the Current view.
  3. In the explorer view, expand the workspace that contains the task group.
    The list of task groups is displayed.
  4. In the explorer view, click the task group name to view the tasks associated with it.
  5. Right-click the task that you want to reactivate and click Return to Active.
