The information contained in this section applies to IBM WebSphere Commerce Version 7.0.0.9 and Feautre Pack 8. The documentation also applies to all subsequent releases and modifications until otherwise indicated in new editions.

IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce
The IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce, or Management Center, is a suite of tools to support store management, merchandising, and marketing tasks for business users (Sellers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Catalog Managers, and others).
Workspace Management tool
As a workspace manager, you can use the Workspace Management tool in Management Center to manage and edit workspaces, its task groups, and tasks. It provides a single view across all workspaces and all tasks in the workspaces where managers can see how work is progressing.
Working with roles in workspaces, task groups, and tasks
The workspace manager, task group approver, and content contributors can only perform tasks associated with their role.
Working with tasks
Your workspace role defines the authorities you have in relation to tasks. For example, you must be assigned the Workspace Manager role to create a task.
Reactivating tasks
You can reactive tasks that are in the completed state. Once reactivated, tasks are changed from a completed state to active, and moved to the To Do list.

Before you begin

Ensure that you are logged in to the Workspace Management tool as one of the following roles:

Workspace manager
Task group approver

Procedure

Open the Workspace Management tool.
In the explorer filter, select the Current view.
In the explorer view, expand the workspace that contains the task group.
The list of task groups is displayed.
In the explorer view, click the task group name to view the tasks associated with it.
Right-click the task that you want to reactivate and click Return to Active.
