Profile View

This page gives the overall performance of the logged in user in respect to ticket execution.

  1. On the top of the page, the badge for the current level of the user is displayed based on the points earned.
  2. The user email, RM name, My Level and My Certificates count details are populated based on the details provided in profile management page.
  3. The total points earned are displayed based on the execution of the ticket. To see the detailed description on how points are calculated, click on Viewpoint History.

  4. The detailed report can be downloaded for further validation.
