Profile Management

This screen enables user to create profile of all the active and non API users available in the organization.

  1. Click on Roster Management → Profile Management.
  2. Click on icon to add profile for a user.

  3. Select the user email whose profile needs to be created.
  4. Provide all the mandatory details.

  5. Click on Submit. Below alert gets generated.

  6. User can also upload bulk data at a time. For that, click on icon and then select Bulk upload option.

  7. Download the template and fill in all the details and upload it.
  8. The data gets populated in the grid.

  9. To edit any record, click on icon, update the required details and click on update. Below alert is generated successfully.

  10. To delete a record, click on , a confirmation box appears and when clicks on Yes, the details get deleted and the below alert is generated.
