IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce
The IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce, or Management Center, is a suite of tools to support store management, merchandising, and marketing tasks for business users (Sellers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Catalog Managers, and others).
Marketing tool
Use the Marketing tool in Management Center to create and manage marketing campaigns and other store content (excluding catalog content). You can use the extensive precision marketing features in the tool to deliver targeted marketing messages to customers.
Working with web and dialog activities
Web and dialog activities are managed by Marketing Managers. They are used to deliver brand or promotional messages to customers through a variety of methods.
Viewing the web activities scheduled for an e-Marketing Spot
You can view all of the web activities currently scheduled to display in a selected e-Marketing Spot. This helps resolve conflicts when multiple activities are scheduled to an e-Marketing Spot concurrently.

You can view all of the web activities currently scheduled to display in a selected e-Marketing Spot. This helps resolve conflicts when multiple activities are scheduled to an e-Marketing Spot concurrently.

Procedure

Open the Marketing tool.
Click E-Marketing Spots in the explorer view.
Right-click the e-Marketing Spot; then click either Show Activity List or Show Activity Calendar.
The appropriate view displays, listing the activities currently scheduled for the selected e-Marketing Spot.
To show additional information about the activity (for example the name of the campaign that it is associated with), right-click any column heading; then select Configure Columns to display the Column Selector page. For column headings you want to show, check the column heading names from the list.
