Delete Inventory Location

Commerce+ Transaction Server allows you to delete the Inventory Locations (ILs) through the Commerce Lab tools.

Procedure

  1. Open the Commerce Lab Tools.
  2. You can view the list of ILs using one of the following ways:
    • From the left navigation menu, go to the Business tools > Inventory > Inventory Dashboard.
      • From the inventory dashboard page, click on the Inventory Location card. You are directed to the Inventory Location landing page.
    • From the left navigation menu, go to Business tools > Inventory > Inventory Location. The Inventory Location page is displayed.
  3. Enter the IL Code in the Search column for which you wish to delete. The search results are listed on the landing page.
  4. Click the icon from the Actions menu given in the same row as the IL code.
  5. The Delete dialog box is shown on the screen.
  6. Click Yes, Continue to delete the inventory location.
  7. You can perform bulk action and delete multiple ILs at a time. Select the check box given beside the IL code heading to select all the list, or select the check box in front of all the IL Codes you wish to delete. Click the Delete All button that pops up on the screen.
    Restriction: You have following restrictions while deleting the IL:
    • If the inventory is available against any inventory location.
    • If the inventory location is associated with a single or multiple inventory location mode.
