Bulk actions to Activate/Deactivate/Delete Inventory Locations

Commerce+ Transaction Server allows you to perform the bulk actions to activate, deactivate, and delete Inventory Locations (ILs) through the Commerce Lab tools.

Procedure

  1. Open the Commerce Lab Tools.
  2. You can view the list of ILs using one of the following ways:
    • From the left navigation menu, go to the Business tools > Inventory > Inventory Dashboard.
      • From the inventory dashboard page, click on the Inventory Location card. You are directed to the Inventory Location landing page.
    • From the left navigation menu, go to Business tools > Inventory > Inventory Location. The Inventory Location page is displayed.
  3. You can perform the following bulk actions:
    • Activate All: Select the check box given the IL code heading to select all the list or select the check box in front of all the IL Codes you wish to activate. Click the Activate All button that pops up on the screen.
    • Deactivate All: Select the check box given beside the IL code heading to select all the list or select the check box in front of all the IL Codes you wish to deactivate. Click the Deactivate All button that pops up on the screen.
    • Delete All: Select the check box given beside the IL code heading to select all the list or select the check box in front of all the IL Codes you wish to delete. Click the Delete All button that pops up on the screen.
