- Limits visible entries by using a filters menu or customizes visible table columns.
You can expand a PO record to see its line items. You can view real-time updates of details such as SKUs, quantities, prices, and received amounts.
If there are multiple SKUs within the PO, you can select the SKU that the Inventory is being received against using a dropdown menu. Details such as the PO number, vendor details and ordered quantity auto-populate when your Inventory data is updated. (Updates may be made by batch uploads or through integration with a third-party system.) The IL and store details for the PO also auto-populate if they are defined in the original PO. If these fields are not populated, you can make appropriate selections at this point. An IL selection is mandatory, while store selection is optional.
