Deactivate Inventory Locations

Commerce+ Transaction Server allows you to deactivate the Inventory Locations (ILs) through the Commerce Lab tools.

Procedure

  1. Open the Commerce Lab Tools.
  2. You can view the list of ILs using one of the following ways:
    • From the left navigation menu, go to the Business tools > Inventory > Inventory Dashboard.
      • From the inventory dashboard page, click on the Inventory Location card. You are directed to the Inventory Location landing page.
    • From the left navigation menu, go to Business tools > Inventory > Inventory Location. The Inventory Location page is displayed.
  3. The newly created ILs are inactive by default. You can deactivate ILs using one of the following methods:
    • From the IL landing page, disable the toggle button under the Status column to deactivate the IL.
    • Click the IL code name, you are directed to the View Inventory Location page for the IL Code. Disable the toggle button to deactivate the IL. Deactivation successful message is displayed on the screen when IL is activated.
  4. You can perform bulk action and deactivate multiple ILs at a time. Select the check box beside the IL code heading to select all the list, or select the check box in front of all the IL Codes you wish to deactivate. Click the Deactivate All button that has popped up on the screen.
