Listing Inventory

The Inventory Listing page is accessed:
  • On the left navigation menu, select Business tools > Inventory Management > Inventory Listing.
  • On Inventory dashboard, select Inventory Listing.

The Inventory Listing page enables business users to view and aid in the management of their Inventory at a high level.

Using this page, users can:
  • Search and filter, select each SKU to get a more detailed description of its availability at an Inventory Location level.
    Reconfigure Inventory button
    Move inventory between different source and target buckets like On-Hand to Reserved and unassinged to a particular channel.
    Search bar
    Filters records by stock keeping unit identifier.
    Filters
    Refines the ledger by specific stock statuses or locations or channels.

Select Reconfigure Inventory

Streamline Inventory reconfiguration by locating specific SKUs by store and location move stocks around.

Select organization
Narrows down settings to a specific business unit or company branch.
Select Inventory Location
Filters the Inventory view by a specific physical retail store, fulfillment center, or warehouse.
Select Channel
Targets specific sales Channels, such as e-commerce web storefronts or regional markets.
Search SKU
Finds a specific stock keeping unit.
The Inventory count of the selected SKU increases by the number of quantity received. The Inventory list gets updated with the number of assigned and available Inventory.
Note: If the unassigned store is selected, the number of unassigned quantities gets updated and can only be assigned to a target store.

Key performance indicators

Four summary cards display overall inventory metrics:

Metric Description
Available Items The total number of unique items in stock and available.
Above Threshold Items with stock levels higher than the required minimum levels.
Below Threshold Items with stock levels below the required minimum safety stock level.
Out of Stock Items with completely depleted inventory.

Inventory Listing columns

Column Header Description
Item ID The unique tracking code assigned to each product variation.
Name and description The commercial title and identifying details of the product.
Inventory Locations Indicates how many physical warehouses, distribution hubs, or retail stores carry the specific stock keeping unit.
Total The gross number of units currently located across all facilities.
Assigned The volume of stock already committed or allocated to existing customer orders.
Unavailable Items set aside that cannot be sold, such as damaged items, display models, or quality-control holdbacks.
Available The true net Inventory left over that is freely accessible to commit to new sales Channels.

Item detail panel

The right overlay panel displays specific item deep-dive details when you select an item row from the table.

Total Inventory Breaks down exact stock numbers for the item across the network, including Total, In-Stock, Assigned, Unavailable, and Available counts.
Inventory Locations Lists the specific locations where the item is managed, including historical stock statuses such as Out of Stock, Available, and Above Threshold.
