This table holds the relationship between
StoreEntities and the CatalogGroups that they can display and
process.
Column Descriptions:

| STOREENT_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The reference number of the Store Entity. |
| CATGROUP_ID | BIGINT NOT NULL | The reference number of the Catalog Group. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
