Terminating a seller

The Management Center allows you to remove a seller from all the marketplaces by terminating a seller through Marketplace tool.

Note: You can only Terminate the seller if you have deactivated or Suspended the Seller. You cannot Terminate an Active seller.

Procedure

Open Management Center Tools.
From the hamburger menu, select the Marketplace tool. Within the tool, there is a Sellers tab, and a Marketplaces tab (if there are multiple marketplaces).
Open Management Center tools and from the left navigation menu, click Business tools > Marketplace > Manage Sellers.
If you have only one marketplace assigned, follow the steps given below to terminate a seller:
- Click on Manage Seller. A manage seller page opens for the selected seller.
- From the Global Actions menu, click Terminate Seller.
- A Confirm Termination dialog box is displayed on the screen. Click Terminate Seller and the seller is terminated successfully.
If you have more than one marketplaces assigned, follow the steps given below to terminate a seller:
- You can terminate a seller from the Marketplaces tab.
  - Click on Manage Seller Globally option given in the same row of the seller name. Manage Seller page opens.
  - From the Global Actions menu, go to Terminate Seller. The selected seller is terminated to sell products.
  - A Confirm Termination dialog box is displayed on the screen. Click Terminate Seller and the seller is terminated successfully.
- You can terminate a seller from the Sellers tab.
  - On the landing page, click Terminate to terminate the seller.
  - A Confirm Termination dialog box is displayed on the screen. Click Terminate Seller and the seller is terminated successfully.
  - From the landing page click on the seller name. Manage Seller page opens.
  - From the Global Actions menu, click Terminate Seller.
  - A Confirm Termination dialog box is displayed on the screen. Click Terminate Seller and the seller is terminated successfully.
Important: This is a final action and cannot be reversed.
