Ansible Wrapper Logs

This screen shows the information regarding console and component logs of all the tickets executed through the Ansible Inside or Ansible CLI tool.
  • Component Log: The logs of the wrapper component that triggers the execution at Ansible Inside or CLI end.
  • Console Log: The logs of the console at Ansible Inside or CLI end when command is triggered.
  1. On the main menu bar, Click Reports and then click Ansible Wrapper logs.

  2. Select the Module and Runbook tool (Only Ansible Inside or CLI tool type will be populated here). Click Search. All the executed tickets under this tool will be populated in the grid.

  3. Filter the data based on ticket number. Click on the corresponding log which will download the log file.
  4. The corresponding logs will be written in the downloaded file.
