Viewing statistics for an email activity

You can view the statistics for email activities to evaluate their success while they are in progress or when they are complete. For each email activity, you can review statistics that are related to email delivery and email effectiveness.These statistics include the number of email deliveries that were attempted, that were delivered, and that were not delivered and bounced back. The summary also indicates the number of emails that were opened and that were clicked.

Procedure

  1. Open the Marketing tool.
  2. Click the Activities folder in the explorer view.
  3. Right-click the email activity for which you want to view statistics. Then, click Open.
    The properties page opens for the selected email activity.
  4. Click the Statistics tab to view the statistical data.
  5. To close the activity, click Close.
