IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce
The IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce, or Management Center, is a suite of tools to support store management, merchandising, and marketing tasks for business users (Sellers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Catalog Managers, and others).
Marketing tool
Use the Marketing tool in Management Center to create and manage marketing campaigns and other store content (excluding catalog content). You can use the extensive precision marketing features in the tool to deliver targeted marketing messages to customers.
Working with marketing content
Marketing content is managed by marketing managers. It is used to deliver marketing messages to customers, as part of campaign activities.
Deleting marketing content
Deleting your marketing content removes the content from Management Center.

Deleting your marketing content removes the content from Management Center.

Before you begin

You cannot delete content if it is associated with a marketing activity in the active state. If you want to delete content that is associated with an active activity, you must deactivate the activity first.

WebSphere Commerce Enterprise If you are using extended sites, and logged in to an extended site, you can delete content if the content belongs to the extended site store. If the content belongs to the asset store, you can only delete the content if your user ID has access to the asset store.

Procedure

Open the Marketing tool.
From the explorer view, click Content.
The Content - List page opens.
Right-click the content that you want to delete; then click Delete.

Results

The selected content is deleted, and the Content - List page is updated.
