Sentiment score

The Sentiment Score is computed by engaging employees through surveys to capture their perceptions of their digital experience. It translates qualitative feedback into a numerical value.

Scoring Mechanics and Calculation Rules

  • Scorable Surveys Only: only scorable DEX Surveys are taken into account in this release are the Star type Surveys
  • 30-Day Rolling Window: evaluates only survey results received within the last 30 days; older data is excluded
  • Single Device Score: the simple average of all scorable survey results received for that device within the 30-day window.
Note: If a device has no scorable surveys in this window, its score is N/A
  • Group of devices Score: the simple average of the individual sentiment scores of all qualified devices within the group. To qualify for the group average, a device must meet two strict conditions:
    • It must have reported data to DEX within the last 24 hours
    • Its individual Sentiment Score shall be valid (cannot be N/A).
Note: The Surveys score is calculated considering all available responses of scorable surveys, while Sentiment score is limited to those of the last 30 days.
