Listing the history of a resource

List the ClearCase® history of a resource to see comments and other metadata associated with changes to the resource.

Procedure

To list the history of a resource under ClearCase® source control:

  1. Select the resource of interest.
    Use the ClearTeam Navigator, ClearTeam Details view, or ClearCase® Search Results view. If you are working in the Eclipse environment, use any Eclipse view that supports the Team context menu.
  2. To open the ClearCase History view, take either of the following actions:
    • Select Show History from the context menu in the ClearTeam Navigator.
    • In the Eclipse environment, select Show History from the Team context menu.

Results

The history of the resource is displayed in the ClearCase® History view.
