Changing a customer segment

You can change the description of a customer segment and any attributes that define the customer segment. You cannot change the customer segment name after saving it for the first time.

Procedure

  1. Open the Marketing tool.
  2. HCL Commerce Version 9.1.16.0 or later Open Management Center tools and from the left navigation menu go to Business tools > Marketing > Customer Segments.
  3. From the explorer view, click Customer Segments.
    The Customer Segments - List page opens.
  4. Right-click the customer segment that you want to change; then click Open.
    The notebook for the customer segment opens.
  5. Click the tab that contains the attributes that you want to change; then edit the fields as appropriate.
  6. Click Save Save to save the customer segment, or click Close to close the editor and return to the previous page.
