IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce
The IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce, or Management Center, is a suite of tools to support store management, merchandising, and marketing tasks for business users (Sellers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Catalog Managers, and others).
Marketing tool
Use the Marketing tool in Management Center to create and manage marketing campaigns and other store content (excluding catalog content). You can use the extensive precision marketing features in the tool to deliver targeted marketing messages to customers.
Working with campaigns
Campaigns are managed by Marketing Managers, in order to keep a store's marketing activities organized.

You can update your campaigns to correct errors, or adjust strategy.

Before you begin

WebSphere Commerce Enterprise If you are using extended sites, and logged in to an extended site, you can change campaigns if the campaign belongs to the extended site store. If the campaign belongs to the asset store, you can only change the campaign if your user ID has access to the asset store.

About this task

To change a marketing campaign:

Procedure

Open the Marketing tool.
Locate the campaign you want to change.
Right-click the campaign; then click Open.
The campaign properties section expands, with the fields populated with the information about the selected campaign.
Edit the text fields as appropriate.
Click Save to save the campaign, or click Close to close the Campaign editor, and return to the updated Campaigns list.
The campaign is displayed in the Campaign list.

Results

The updated campaign displays in the Campaigns - List.
