IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce
The IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce, or Management Center, is a suite of tools to support store management, merchandising, and marketing tasks for business users (Sellers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Catalog Managers, and others).
Marketing tool
Use the Marketing tool in Management Center to create and manage marketing campaigns and other store content (excluding catalog content). You can use the extensive precision marketing features in the tool to deliver targeted marketing messages to customers.
Working with email templates
E-mail templates, managed by Marketing Managers, are the basis of e-mail activities delivered to customers.

Before you begin

WebSphere Commerce Enterprise If you are using extended sites, and logged in to an extended site, you can change e-mail templates if the e-mail template belongs to the extended site store. If the e-mail template belongs to the asset store, you can only change the e-mail template if your user ID has access to the asset store.

Procedure

Open the Marketing tool.
From the explorer view, click E-mail Templates.
The E-mail Templates - List page opens.
Right-click the email template that you want to change; then click Open.
Update the page as required for the changed email template.
Click Save.
