Publish Notification

  1. Validation: The user cannot publish the notification before the start or after the end date.

  2. If the user attempts to publish the notification before the start date the following message will appear after the end date, an error message will appear.

  3. If the user attempts to publish the notification after the end date, the following error message will appear on the screen.
