This guide contains an overview on BigFix AEX. It provides step-by-step information on how to start a conversation with BigFix AEX, customize end User Interface (UI) which includes changing the colour themes and share feedback with BigFix AEX through its Web-Based Chat Console (wherever Microsoft Teams chat interface is relevant, a reference or screenshot would be provided).

This document is intended for the end users who interact/chat with BigFix AEX through its channels, primarily browser (Web) and Microsoft Teams.
