Task Status Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, four status cards display the number of tasks in each category, Each card represents a different task status with a count and a visual indicator:

  • Pending Tasks: Tasks that are yet to be started or assigned.
  • In Progress Tasks: Tasks that are actively being worked on.
  • Completed Tasks: Tasks that have been finished and marked as complete.
  • On Hold Tasks: Tasks that are temporarily paused due to dependencies, approvals, or pending inputs.

Recent Tasks

  • Highlights the most recent task activity within the system.
  • Users can click "View All" to navigate to the full task list.

If no tasks are available, the section shows: “No tasks found.”

Task Distribution

  • Provides visual insights on how tasks are distributed:
    • Status Distribution – Grouped by task status (e.g., Pending, In Progress)
    • Priority Distribution – Based on task priority levels (e.g., Low, Medium, High)

Team Activity

  • Lists top active users based on task assignments and updates.
  • Helps identify team members who are most engaged or responsible for major task actions.

Message displayed: “No data available.” (This may be due to inactivity or no task assignments.)
