Re-Ordering previous order
Use the Customer Service Hub for re-ordering a previous order. You can login as a CSR or Site Admin to re-order.
Procedure
- Open Customer Service Hub.

Select a store for which you want to re-order a product.
Note: Only after selecting a store, the Order management column will be enabled.
- Click on the Order Search option and enter the search criteria, then click Search. A list of orders related to the search criteria is displayed.
- Click the Order Number for the associated order under the Order Number column. The Order Details page is displayed.

Click the Re-Order option.
A dialog box pops up for confirmation on re-ordering and a new order is created in pending state.
- Follow the steps in Shopping on behalf of a shopper to complete the pending order.
