
Post-order modifications using the CSR tool
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) can modify existing orders, apply appeasements, and initiate and verify returns for the shoppers for an existing order through the CSR tool.

Note: From HCL Commerce version 9.1.13.0 onwards the
CSR tool supports non-headless stores such as AuroraEsite and
AuroraB2BEsite.
The following features are enabled for non-headless stores in the CSR tool.
