Cancelling orders
Use the Customer Service Hub to cancel orders. You can login as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or a Site Administrator to cancel any order.
Procedure
- Open Customer Service Hub.

Select a store for which you want to cancel any order.
Note: The Order management column will be enabled only after you select a store.
- Click on the Order Search option.
- Enter the search criteria and click the Search option. A list of orders related to the search criteria is displayed.
- Click the Order Number for the associated order under the Order Number column. The Order Details page is displayed.
- Click the Cancel Order option.
