Changing email templates
You can change the content of an email template, such as correcting errors or adding images.
Before you begin
If you are using extended sites, and logged in to an extended site, you can change e-mail templates if the e-mail template belongs to the extended site store. If the e-mail template belongs to the asset store, you can only change the e-mail template if your user ID has access to the asset store.
Procedure
- Open the Marketing tool.
- Open Management Center tools and from the left navigation menu go to .

From the explorer view, click E-mail Templates.
The E-mail Templates - List page opens.
- Right-click the email template that you want to change; then click Open.
- Update the page as required for the changed email template.
- Click Save.
