Changing the store status
The Management Center allows the Marketplace Seller Administrator to change
the store status for a specific seller through the Seller Dashboard. If a seller wants
to temporarily suspend shopping for their products in the marketplace, their status can
be changed to Offline. When they are ready to sell again, their
status can be changed back to Online again.
About this task
Note: A seller can sell products only when the seller is
Active and the store status is
Online. See Changing a seller status to
update the seller status.
Procedure
- Open Management Center Tools.

From the hamburger menu, select the Seller Dashboard
tool.
Note: If you have more than one seller organizations assigned, all the associated Seller Organizations are listed on this page. Find the seller for whom you want to change the store status. Click on the Access Seller Dashboard link in the same row. The Seller Dashboard page opens.
- Open Management Center tools and from the left navigation menu, click .
- On this page, from the marketplace table, enable the toggle switch for Store Status. Enabling the toggle switch changes the seller status to Online for the assigned marketplace. It will allow the seller to start selling products in the marketplace.
- Disabling the toggle switch changes the seller status to Offline for the assigned marketplace. It will not allow the seller to sell products in the marketplace.
