Collecting MustGather data for Orchestration-related issues
Prepare the following MustGather information before you call HCL Support to help with Orchestration-related issues.
Procedure

Configure trace on the Orchestration Server Docker container.
For information on configuration trace on the Orchestration Server Docker container, and details on the available components and trace levels, see Configuring logging on the Orchestration server.

Reproduce the problem.
Record the specific steps that you used to reproduce the problem and any details that might be relevant.

Collect the following file.
- From the Orchestration Server Docker container:
- /SETUP/app/logs/trace*.log
- From the Orchestration Server Docker container:
