Index Collection

  1. From the Workflows console, search for “indexTickets” and select the indexTickets workflow.

  2. Select “Execute”

  3. A dialog box will open; select “Trigger Workflow” as shown below. Here in Input add:

  4. Follow the same for “indexArticles” workflow.
