Changing user password for the Commerce Lab

You can change your Commerce Lab password to meet security requirements, or if your password expired.

Before you begin

To change a password, you must know the Commerce Lab user name that is associated with that password. If you forget your password, an administrator can assist by resetting it for you.
Note:

The Commerce Lab user name and password are stored in the Commerce+ Identity service. If the user is available in authoring or live transaction server environments, then the passwords of those users will not be modified. Once the user has completed login, the application will attempt to redirect to the original URL. If the user does not have access to the URL, then the application will redirect to a page indicating that the user does not have access.

Important: The login ID must be same for both environments. It cannot be different for one user in both environments.
