Disable account
Use the Customer Service Hub to disable any account by logging in as a CSR or Site Admin.
Procedure
- Open Customer Service Hub.

Select a store for which you want to disable an account.
Note: Only after selecting a store, Account management column will be enabled and you will be able to disable any account.
- Click on Customer Search. Enter the search criteria and click Search. A list of shoppers related to the search criteria will be listed in search table.
- From the list of shoppers from the search results, go to Login ID of the shopper whose account you want to disable. Thi sopens the Customer Information page. or click the
- Click Disable Account and a popup window opens.
- Click Disable Account to proceed with disabling an account.
