Viewing unsent messages
Unsent messages can be viewed in the Management Center Tools.
Procedure
- Open Management Center Tools and from the hamburger menu, click .
- Open Management Center tools and from the left navigation menu, click .
- A list of all the unsent Message ID's is displayed on the screen.
- Click on Show filters. From Transport filter, select the transport mode to receive the message.

Click on Show filters, from Status filter
select the status:
- Failed
- The retry value is zero.
- Pending
- The retry value is greater than zero.
- Click Search. A Message ID can be entered to search the message status of the particular request. Click on Message ID and a Resend message page is displayed with Message Details of the unsent message and Configuration.
