Resending a message
You can resend unsent messages in the Management Center Tools.
Procedure
- Open Management Center Tools and from the hamburger menu, click .
- Open Management Center tools and from the left navigation menu, click .

Do one of the following:
- To resend an unsent message, follow the steps in Viewing unsent messages
- To resend a sent message, follow the steps in Viewing sent messages
- Click Search. A Message ID can be entered to search the message status of the particular request. Click on Message ID and a Resend message page is displayed with Message Details and Configuration.
- Modify the appropriate fields for the message.
- Click Finish. The message is resent.
