Viewing sent messages
Sent messages can be viewed in the Management Center Tools.
Procedure
- Open Management Center Tools and from the hamburger menu, click .
- Open Management Center tools and from the left navigation menu, click .
- A list of all the unsent Message ID's is displayed on the screen. Click Show filters and select Archived.
- Click on Show filters. From Transport filter, select the transport mode to receive the message.
- The Message Management home page displays the list of all sent messages.
