You can add content pages or layouts to a folder.
Using folders helps to improve the organization of your Commerce Composer objects.You
cannot include objects within a folder other than the specific object
type for the folder. For example, you cannot include content pages
in a layout folder.
Before you begin
If you are using extended sites,
ensure that you understand how folders work in extended sites. For
more information, see Folders in extended sites.
Procedure
- Open the Commerce Composer tool.
- In the explorer view, expand the folder hierarchy for content
pages or layouts.
- Click the folder that you want to add a subfolder or Commerce Composer object
within.
The contents of the folder displays in the main
work area.
Tip: You can view a list of objects
or a list of folders within the folder or directory. Click the
Show Commerce Compser Objects List or
Show Commerce Composer Object Folders
List.
- Use the utilities view to find the folder that you want
to include as a subfolder or the Commerce Composer object
that you want to include in the folder. Drag the object or folder
from the utilities view into the folder.
- Click Save. Verify that your added
content page, layout, or subfolder displays in the parent folder.
