Migration Metrics Dashboard
The Migration Metrics Dashboard tracks your endpoint transitions from local on-premises BigFix environments to the BigFix SaaS platform.
- Core Metrics
-
- Migration:
- Total migrations: Total number of endpoints targeted for migration.
- Success: Devices that successfully completed migration and are actively reporting.
- In progress: Devices currently executing the migration Fixlet.
- Past due: This status indicates that an endpoint failed to report a successful migration before the action's specified deadline expired. This typically happens because the device was powered off, went offline, or encountered a technical error mid-process that prevented it from checking back in with the SaaS console. Seeing numbers in this category flags these specific machines for administrators to investigate, extend deadlines, or re-trigger the migration.
- Devices:
- Total migrations: Total number of endpoints targeted for migration.
- Success: Devices that successfully completed migration and are actively reporting.
- In progress: Devices currently executing the migration Fixlet.
Note:- If no data has been imported, the dashboard displays a "No Data Available" state and all counters remain at 0.
- Pagination controls are displayed when the number of records exceeds 100.
- Last report time: After the migration file is uploaded, the Last report time field is blank. The field is populated only after the device has been successfully migrated and reports to the server.
