Can we perform queries from this interface to the end devices?
Currently, you can filter and execute session relevance, but running live queries from this interface is not supported in this release. You would need to execute relevance on the endpoint to determine the issue.
What is required to add a device and install the agent?
Simply download and install the agent. The masthead and client settings file pointing to the appropriate relay are included in the download.
Are there any network requirements for connecting to BigFix SaaS?
The network requirements are the same as for other BigFix solutions. Agents must be able to resolve the relay set up in the cloud for the customer, which means they must be able to get online. Customers with strict firewall policies that prevent external network access might not be suitable for a SaaS solution.
How does the administrator setup work for multi-tenant infrastructure?
HCL administrators can manage multiple customers, but the current setup focuses on customer deployment. Customers need to create administrator accounts for their own environment. There might be a future UI to define super users for managing the multi-tenant infrastructure.
