My Dashboard

My Dashboard is the main page where users can add devices to their deployment and access additional functionality through icons for notifications and user profiles. The platform allows customization with light or dark mode at the account level, affecting all users. To maximize BigFix's capabilities, users are encouraged to add organization devices by clicking Add device and following on-screen prompts.



When accessing BigFix for the first time, , a message appears, suggesting to add devices to the BigFix platform. In the top right corner of the Home Page, there are two icons that offer extra features:
  • - notification icon, where important messages are displayed.
  • - User Profile icon/photo, which takes users to their account management page.


For users with multiple BigFix accounts, each account can choose between light or dark mode.
Note: The Dark Mode feature applies to the entire account, affecting all users and the application.

Click to access user account profile. click the switch to toggle between dark and light mode. Click the icon to view important notifications.

BigFix currently supports the following apps:

  • Deployment Manager
  • Device Explorer
  • Fixlet Explorer
  • User Manager

Information about these apps and their features can be found in separate sections. To maximize the benefits of BigFix, it is important to add your organization’s devices to your BigFix system. Just click Add device and follow the instructions on the screen.
