Run the Installer

Review the prerequisites carefully before proceeding with the installation.

After confirming that the system meets the prerequisites to run the iAutomate installer, perform the following steps:

  1. To get access to the iAutomate installer package, please get in touch with aiops-pmg-team@hcl-software.com. Copy the zipped installer file to the server where you want to run the iAutomate installer.
  2. Unzip and extract all the contents to the default folder.
  3. Browse the HCL_iAutomate_v6.5_Installer.exe in the folder and click Run as administrator to start installation.
