Agent Template

The Agent Template Gallery in Agentic Studio provides a set of predefined templates that help users quickly create AI agents with preconfigured capabilities, tools, and integrations. These templates reduce manual configuration and ensure consistency when creating agents. Users can browse the available templates, preview their configuration, and select a template that best suits their requirements.

1. Accessing the Agent Template Gallery

Steps:
  1. Log in to Agentic Studio by opening the following URL

    <https://tenant-url/admin#/genai/flow/>

  2. Navigate to the Agents section.
  3. Select Add New Agent.

    The Agent Template Gallery window appears.

  4. Select Templates.
  5. Browse or search for the required template.

2. Agent Template Gallery Interface

The following components are available in the Agent Template Gallery.
Field Description
Search Allows users to search for a specific agent template by entering the template name.
Agent Template Cards Displays available templates with their name and description
Preview Opens the template details to review its configuration before using it
Close (X) Closes the Agent Template Gallery window
  1. Preview: Once the agent clicks Preview, the following page appears, It allows users to select the template and proceed with agent creation.

  2. After selecting "Use this template," the below page is displayed.

  3. Back: When the user selects Back, it Returns to the previous page (Agent Template Gallery).
